Refund Policy

• Our refund policy lasts for 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless there is a valid reason for the cancellation or the work has not started. If a refund is granted, a cancellation fee of 50% of the payment amount will be applied.
• Approval not guaranteed by the approving authority will not be considered a reason for non-performance of service.
• No refund will be granted for mistakes made by the user in entering details.
• Fees paid on your behalf to other institutions, professionals, contractors, DSC fees, and other government fees ,Banks,Nbfc's are non-refundable.
• To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an email to admin@gsunite.in with your order ID.
• Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation

If you cancel within two days of the payment and the service has not been delivered by Gsunite, a full refund will be initiated.
